(no oily hydraulics!)
ALL of HAKA's Sewing Cabinets and Multi-tasking Tables feature the Tip-Matik sewing machine clean air lift.
The lift is attached at the back of HAKA's 23"extra- deep Sewing Cabinets...well out of the way of your knees - no problem!
HAKA's Tip-Matik advantages:
With HAKA Sewing Furniture's authentic 3-position Tip-Matik clean air
lift in your HAKA sewing furniture, your sewing machine AND serger can sit "recessed"
down into your sewing table top bringing the needle plate down, level with the
table top...smooooth!
That means no more struggling to pull your fabric back up
onto your machine as you sew. You will sew much easier... your sewing and quilting are sure to improve!
With your machine sitting on the lift platform, you can quickly and easily move it up and down by simply pushing on your machine.
You will hear a "click" as the automatic position-locking mechanism on the lift releases. Keep pushing to lower your machine or let the Tip-Matik clean air lift raise your machine to the desired position. (A BIG improvement over those light-weight, flimsy kitchen appliance "lifts" or simple fixed shelves that are likely not the correct height for your machines.)
The precision-built Tip-Matik clean air lift is a standard, quality feature in all of HAKA's sewing, serging and quilting furniture.
Choose from 2 Tip-Matik lifts:
STANDARD TIP-MATIK LIFT is rated at 40 lb. - standard in HAKA's Sewing Cabinets and Multi-tasking Tables -- for regular size sewing, serging and embroidery machines.
XL TIP-MATIK LIFT is rated at 55 lb. - standard in HAKA's XL Sewing Cabinets and XL Multi-tasking Tables -- for EXTRA-LARGE machines like BABY LOCK ELLISIMO, BERNINA 830, BROTHER QUATTRO 6000D, HUSQVARNA DIAMOND, PFAFF EXPRESSION, etc. Optional in HAKA's other Sewing Cabinets and Multi-tasking Tables for regular size sewing, serging and embroidery machines.
The Tip-Matik lift's 3 convenient levels
#1 Bottom storage level
This position is used to store your machine down inside your sewing furniture.
#2 Middle "flat bed" level
This is the level used for most sewing/serging.
This position is used to bring the sewing surface of your machine level with your table top.
To adjust, simply loosen the two nuts on the lift's middle black box, move the box up or down as required and tighten the nuts again.
#3 Top "free arm" level
This is the level used for machine embroidery and when sewing pant hems, etc. around the free arm of your machine (the part that remains to the left of the needle when the tool/accessory box is removed). In this position, your machine is at the table top level.
