The
Tip-Matik Sewing Machine Lift advantage
With HAKA Sewing Furniture's authentic 3-position Tip-Matik Sewing Machine
Lift your sewing machine AND serger can sit "recessed"
into your sewing table top with the needle plate level with the
table top... that's smooooth!
No more struggling to pull your fabric back up
onto your machine as you sew - sew much easier... your sewing and quilting are sure to improve!
You can quickly and easily move your machine up and down by pushing on your machine. You will hear a "click" as the automatic position locking mechanism on the lift releases. Then keep pushing to lower your machine or let the Tip-Matik Lift raise your machine to the desired position. (A BIG improvement over those light-weight, flimsy kitchen appliance "lifts" or simple fixed serger shelves that are likely not the correct height for your serger.)
The precision-built Tip-Matik Sewing Machine Lift is a standard, quality feature in ALL of HAKA's sewing, serging and quilting furniture.
The Tip-Matik Lift's 3 convenient positions:
#1 Bottom storage position - This level is factory set to store the machine down inside the sewing cabinet.
#2 Middle "flat bed" position - This level is easily adjustable, according to the height of the machine, to bring the sewing surface of your machine level with your table top. This is the level used for most sewing. HAKA provides easy-to-follow instructions for the lift adjustment for this level - you simply loosen two screws on the middle black box, move the box up or down as required and tighten the screws. We told you it was easy!
#3 Top "free arm" position - This level on the Tip-Matik Sewing Machine Lift is factory set to bring the machine up to sit at table top level. This is the level used for machine embroidery and to sew pant hems, etc. around the free arm of your machine (the part that remains to the left of the needle when the tool/accessory box is removed).
