NOTE: The Combo discount will apply to a HAKA Sewing Furniture
product (or products) ordered with a HAKA Sewing Furniture "Monthly
Special" product, but not to a HAKA "Monthly Special"
product which is already discounted 10%. In other words, only one discount applies.
